Delivery Scope
Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Germany, France. Overseas territories are excluded.
Delivery to the following states of the US is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.

Free shipping on orders over AU$ 79.99.
Orders from AU$ 0 to AU$ 79.98 shipping: AU$ 7.99
Shipping Time
Processing Time: We try to ship all orders within 2-5 days (Monday to Friday) after placing the order, except on weekends.
Shipping Time: The delivery time usually takes 5 to 12 working days, depending on your location and the office hours of the local post office.
Once the package has been shipped out, we will notify you with a tracking number. Please access your tracking number by clicking the "View My Order" button within your confirmation email.
Mode of transport
All our orders are shipped via DHL, eCommerce, FedEx and UPS.
Tracking Number
Our orders offer tracking service. After your goods leave the warehouse, we will send you an email informing you that your order has been dispatched (usually within 5-8 working days from the order placement), along with the tracking number. This email will also guide you on how to track the package.

Cancel / Change Order
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with your order number or user name. Then we can find your order quickly.Order cancellations/changes must be made within 12 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Lost Package
If your package encounters problems during shipping, it is our responsibility to find the best way for you.
However, if the loss is caused by you, we are not responsible.
If it is caused by us, we will resend or refund you.
If it is caused by an incorrect address, it is your responsibility.
