RETURNS POLICY

 

Help! I've Changed My Mind!  
Changed your mind? That's okay! If you would like to return any items from your order, just return it to us within 30 days of receipt. As long as the goods are unused, in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in or along with their original packaging, we will happily refund you via your original payment method. 

 
Do I get my postage included?
We don't refund the cost of returning an order back to us unless there was an error on our part in despatching your order, or the goods were faulty or damaged. 

We do recommend that you retain your proof of postage until you have received credit for your return, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
 

Oh no, my item has gone in the sale! 
We all know and hate that sinking feeling when the item you have just purchased ends up in the sale a few days later - so we offer a PRICE DROP GUARANTEE!


Yep, thats right! If you spot that any item you've bought from us has gone on sale on our website in 30 days, we will give you a voucher for the difference. Just drop us an email, and we’ll send your voucher straight over!
 

What if there is something wrong with my order?
In the unfortunate event that there is an error on our part in despatching your order, your goods arrive damaged or they have not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to quickly resolve your issue.


I think my item is faulty
If you believe that an item from us is faulty, please email us at support@luckweek.com as soon as possible. Please send us a brief description and include images of the fault too.

We will refund the postage of any item we have confirmed as faulty up to the value. Please include all parts with your package, including any damaged or removable parts. Unfortunately, if we do not receive all parts we may not be able to confirm a fault. 

 

 

If an item isn't deemed faulty by the manufacturer or all parts are not returned, we will offer a partial refund instead. 


Who is responsible for the shipping and return costs?

We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by luckweek. Your refund will equal your order total, minus the transaction fee and the shipping charges.

 

When I will get mt refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
